5 Ways to Win the Pharmacy Game

There’s no doubt that your team is fielding requests from clients to have their pets’ medications filled elsewhere. And your old strategies—telling clients that products sourced online aren’t supported by manufacturers, charging for handwritten prescriptions, and raising your service fees—probably aren’t as effective as they once were. When it comes to prescriptions, clients want selection, value, and convenience, and many are willing to pay a little extra to “shop with their conscience”—locally, with their veterinary practice.

Learn the why and how behind:

  • Having your own online store

  • Focusing on the products that matter

  • Reminding clients frequently about refills

  • Marketing your platform

  • Showing appreciation for refills
